Carefully pull out the screw or nail that has punctured your tire.

Using the reaming and cleaning tool, slightly enlarge the hole and clean the area from any debris remaining.

Thread the sealant through the insertion tool and insert the tool into the hole to plug it.

Remove the insertion tool, and the sealant will bond with your tire.
